From the moment we arrived to the hotel although we arrive late around 11 pm but everything was exceptional, Landscaping, the reception building, the staff the room. In the morning we like the breakfast restaurant and the outside area. after breakfast we go for a walk in the secret garden and really its was exceptional. Our room view was great its was direct to the Fountain. Really a very beautiful place and we enjoy our stay there.

The building and grounds were absolutely stunning. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had a delicious dinner during our stay and a wonderful breakfast with a huge selection of items to choose from. Didn't want to leave!

Really enjoyed our stay and the place was done up lovely for Christmas. Lots of lights, trees and even an amazing gingerbread house! Breakfast was lovely!! Pool was amazing and not too busy or overcrowded. Hot tub was great and even managed the sauna which I normally avoid! Stacey on reception was super friendly, positive and cheery. Thanks for making our stay special!! She deserves a special callout but all the staff around the hotel were friendly and polite

The setting and gardens were lovely. Very comfortable rooms and clean. As being a golf hotel and with wedding and event spaces, it was a busy hotel. Breakfast was very busy on the Saturday morning, but easily accessible. Staff were very friendly. Just arrived from Sicily and attending a wedding in Derby, we had our outfits shipped to the hotel in advance. On arrival at 02:30 we found our outfits already hung in the wardrobe for us. 😃

Beautiful grounds and buildings, plenty of parking. The pool/ spa area was lovely but small and got over crowded. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were lovely and had everything, including a fan, an ironing board and iron.

The room was in a lovely part of the hotel in The Mews and close to parking. The room was clean but some areas were looking a little tired particularly the bathroom. Breakfast was very good, very good range of food and drinks. Staff were attentive and kept food topped up and tables cleared.

The room we stayed in (Junior King Suite) was beautiful. Very clean and spacious, and the bed was huge and exceptionally comfortable. We had breakfast during our stay, which had plenty of choices and was replenished regularly. It was very nice and filled us up for the day. We used the spa facilities also. The pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were great, with the jacuzzi being our favourite, though it was rather popular. The gym was good too, with modern equipment and looks to have been recently updated. My husband a spa treatment, which was very enjoyable and relaxing. We had dinner in the restaurant for three evenings of our stay. The meals were pricey but absolutely delicious. I particularly haven't stopped raving about the ribs!!

Staff were excellent, really excellent. Grounds impressive. Breakfast was lovely and well managed. Bed was soooo comfy. The room was a good size. I wouldn't let my list of negatives put you off. I just wanted to be honest. I would definitely stay here again, and it was definitely worth the money. Did I say the staff were excellent?

Great facilities for residents, all conveniently located. Pool, large jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, all switched on and up to temp and working well. Towels provided. Good restaurant though quality not quite on par with the price. Great breakfast. Sports bar with great staff and patio area. Room was comfortable. Shower screen not fixed so bathroom flooded which was a problem.
